This referral incentive program is for Home Inspectors only! 

If a home inspector commits to using The Guardian Building Inspection System by way of referral of an existing user of the system, that referring inspector becomes an outside sales representative entitled to a 2.5% commission on all purchases of the referred client for as long as that client continues to use the system!

The average home inspector performs between 500 and 700 home inspections per year.  This means that for each client referred there is a possible annual commission of between $275.00 and $375.00, which can either be converted to credit against future purchases or sent to the referring inspector in the form of a commission check.

Make certain that anyone you refer to this site mentions you as the referring inspector and feel free to follow up with a call yourself.
